Tracked Mobile Screening Plant for Quarry, Mining & Recycling
The mobile screening plant is track-mounted screening equipment that can separate materials into the required sizes, which is generally used with a mobile crushing plant. As it can move freely in the work field, it is especially welcomed by enterprises and contractors in mining, building materials, metallurgy, water-power engineering, the chemical industry, and municipal waste disposal.
AGICO offers high-capacity mobile screening equipment for aggregate production, mining operations, construction waste recycling, coal processing, and topsoil screening.
Why do you need it?
Core advantages of the mobile screening plant

- The screen’s dimensions and aperture sizes can be adjusted to better suit the needs of the customer in terms of output sizes, material types, and production capacity.
- A high-power motor and an all-steel crawler undercarriage guarantee reliable operation and steady motion.
- The hydraulic folding construction of the crawler-style mobile screening station makes it simple to move and use.
- Great operational flexibility is provided by this crawler-style mobile screening station, which may be incorporated into fixed production lines or utilized in tandem with mobile crushing stations.
Please provide the type of materials and your production capacity, and we will design a suitable screening plan for you.
Various application scenarios of the tracked screener

The tracked screener can adapt to various working conditions and materials
- Quarry: limestone, granite, basalt,
- Mining: iron ore, copper ore, gold ore
- Recycling: concrete, asphalt, brick, and demolition waste
- Coal
- Topsoil

Working principle

Material Intake and Feeding: A feed conveyor (B1000 × 11.8 m) is used to feed material into the screening station, usually from a crusher.
The crucial step is core screening.
Power Source: Centrifugal force is produced by an electric motor that rotates eccentric weights on the exciter at a high speed.
Screen Motion: The three-deck screen box experiences reciprocating vibration or circular motion due to the centrifugal force.
Material Stratification and Screening: Particles smaller than the aperture pass through the mesh while bigger particles stay on the deck when the material is thrown and falls onto the screen surface. Three decks with different aperture diameters (customizable from 5 mm to 100 mm) are used to achieve multi-stage, exact classification.
Completed Product Transportation and Stacking: Conveyors specifically designed for each of the three decks and the undersize percentage are used to carry and stack classified items.
Mobility and transfer: A wireless remote-controlled 40-ton hydraulic crawler chassis allows for flexible movement and site transfer; however, it is not appropriate for long-distance self-propulsion and needs a flatbed trailer for transportation.
A 154 kW engine powers the entire system; an electrical system allows remote control operation, while a hydraulic system powers conveyor folding and crawler movement.
