The cheek plate of the jaw crusher is also called the guard plate or side plate, which is installed between the fixed jaw plate and the swing jaw plate. Its main function is to protect the frame wall. When the jaw crusher is working, the cheek plates made of special materials and specially installed can withstand large impact forces without deformation and have good tensile strength and toughness. A cheek plate is composed of the upper and the lower plate. The upper cheek plate is a right-angled trapezoid, and the right angle is replaced by an excessive arc. The short side of the upper guard plate is the same length and parallel to the long side of the lower cheek plate, and the slope of the hypotenuse of the two side guards is the same. When installing and adjusting, there are specially designed limit blocks and mounting holes on the two cheek plates to ensure stable installation without displacement.

Wood pattern → molding → pouring → pit – sand cleaning- heat treatment – finishing (inspection) → rough processing – (inspection) – finishing (inspection) → assembly – packaging – delivery
