Features of granite

The density is 2790~3070kg/m, the compressive strength is 1000~3000kg/cm, the elastic modulus is 1.3~1.5x106kg/cm, the water absorption is 0.13%, the Shore hardness>HS70, the specific gravity is 2.6~2.75.

Working Process Of Granite Crushing Plant
Take Plan A as an example, the process of granite crushing using a cone crusher includes the following steps.
First, the blasted raw materials enter the jaw crusher from the vibrating feeder for the primary crushing.
The crushed stones are evenly transported by the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for the secondary crushing, and the fine ore produced is passed through the circular vibrating screen.
After screening, the larger stones are sent back to the cone crusher to be crushed again, which is called recirculation. Other stones with suitable particle sizes are sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing or shaping.
If the quality requirement of the stone material is not high, the shaping step can be omitted. The final product will be directly sent to the storage pile by the belt conveyor for storage.
